The meat of the online contest are the following:

• Contest period is from 24^th of September 2012 to 18^th of November 2012
• No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter this contest
• Only 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore can participate
• This contest involves watching nVIDIA® Tegra® 3 4-PLUS-1™ video and answering 4-PLUS-1 questions to solve the puzzle. The contestant that answers all questions correctly in solving the puzzle will enter the sweepstake
• Prize: Google Nexus 7 tablet powered by nVIDIA Tegra 3

Entry and Sweepstake Periods

• 1st entry and sweepstake period: From 24^th September 06:00 to 7^th October 24:00
• 2nd entry and sweepstake period: From 8^th October 06:00 to 21^st October 24:00
• 3rd entry and sweepstake period: From 22^nd October 06:00 to 4^th November 24:00
• 4th entry and sweepstake period: From 5^th November 06:00 to 18^th November 24:00

After each entry and sweepstake period ends and the winner is drawn, entries will be reset. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The prizes are not assignable or transferable. Brand and model of prizes are subject to change by nVIDIA at any time for any reason and substitions will be of equal or greater value.

Announcement of Winner

The winner of this contest will be announced on the GeForce.com contest page ASUS Facebook Page on May 11^th, 2013. Within 7 days following such announcement, the winner will be notified by nVIDIA via email based on the account the information submitted in their entry. To claim the prize, the winner must do the following within 30 days from the date of nVIDIA’s notification:

1. confirm receipt of the notice by email (which confirmation must be sent from the same email address to which the notice was sent); and
2. complete, sign, and return a winner release form (as provided by nVIDIA along with its email notice) and such other requisite documentation (if any) listed in nVIDIA’s email notice (hereinafter collectively the “Required Winner Documents"), to nVIDIA Corporation.

Within 14 days following its receipt of the Required Winner Documents from the winner, nVIDIA will ship the prize to the winner’s mailing address specified in his/her winning entry.

Important note to all entrants: If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize or to return the Required Winner Documents within the specified time period, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Official Rules, such winner will be considered to have forfeited the prize. In such case, the prize will be awarded to the next individual who got drawn from the sweepstake entries.

Taxes

The winner of this contest is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and government charges that result from his/her receipt and/or use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold and deduct such taxes and charges from the prize if and to the extent required by law.
