What is an SKU?
An SKU (Prounounced skyü or skew, not S-K-U or SKOO) is a unique identifying product number that you assign to your products. Products are tracked by SKU not product name. You can change the products name but not the SKU.

But of course, Yahoo! will not sit this war out and let Google claim the throne. Yahoo! Inc. is currently upgrading their existing services like Yahoo! Mail turning into an AJAX-powered mail service (perhaps with 2gb free as well like the upcoming Windows Live Mail?), Yahoo! My Web, Yahoo! Notepad, Yahoo! Messenger, and you know the rest.

I remembered about Google Base and Google Payments after I found Google Calendar. I went to http://base.google.com and http://payments.google.com and found that Google Base is now up (in beta) while Google Payments is still unavailable - more likely they are testing gPayments internally.
This will greatly rival eBay and PayPal, the dominant sites in their respective spaces (ie auction sites and payment gateways). Will this be accepted widely?

This guy is intelligently-crazy (is that possible?), he installed 100 firefox extensions to test how stable and fast the browser that millions love and will die without it (ok, ok, he’s not crazy.. he’s actually wise to do that - benchmark the product).
Go check out his experiments and see the results…
